| First "Design": Call and ask for Customer Service. During the hours of 9:00-5:00 (EST), we have on hand specialists that have designed, measured and installed 100's of kitchen backsplashes, bathrooms, fireplace surrounds, murals, gardens and decorative floors. They are comfortable with designs from French Provinçal to Whimsical and can talk you through the order process, answer technical questions and have fun doing it. |

This can be done on the back of a napkin or with architectural blueprints. We know about bullnoses, out corners, borders, trims and grout lines. We can help you determine "what" and "how many" tile to order and provide you with a schematic of your final installation. |

| Third "Quote" and "Schematic": We will provide you with a detailed quote (FOB Factory), estimated delivery time and shipping expense. Bolart Tile will also graphically tile-ize the artwork and provide color schematics of the installation in 3 to 5 working days from receipt of artwork. |
